Viewing/Editing your Company details

Your Company Details are key to your SchemeServe Account. These details provide everything from basic Address and Contact details through to Website presentation to Commissions and Fees.

It is possible to edit Company details as a Master Account Holder or Sub-Agent with Administrative writes.


Editing Company Details as a Sub-Agent

My Company - Sub Agent

Sign into SchemeServe with Administrative writes.

Select 'My Company' which will open the 'My Company' screen. This screen is broken down into two Tabs.

The 'Details' Tab allows you to maintain basic Company Details. These include Company Name, Address, Contact Details and Accreditations.

The 'Agreements' Tab contain the Business Terms and Conditions.

Once you have made the changes, press the 'Save Changes' Button. Any changes made will be viewable by the Master Account Holder.

By pressing the 'New User' Button, you are permitted to add as many Users to your Profile as is required.

Editing Company Details as a Master Account Holder

My Company Master Account

Sign into SchemeServe.

Select 'My Company' which will open the 'My Company' screen. This screen is broken down into three Tabs.

The 'Details' Tab allows you to maintain basic Company Details. These include Company Name, Address, Contact Details and Accreditations.

The 'Website' Tab allows you to alter the look and feel of your SchemeServe Account, specify the various email addresses needed by the application for updates and where to send queries to via the 'Contact Us' Tab. You can also set your Company Logo and choose from a list of Colour Schemes. Should you require a different Scheme to suit your company image, these can be requested.

Once you have completed your modifications, you must press the 'Save Changes' Button on each Tab.
