Switching Broker for an existing Case

From time to time, brokers need to be changed. Perhaps the original broker has been brought out by a larger broker.

To change the broker for a Case, find the Case in question and view the Case. Then press the Switch button. You then enter the name of the broker you'd like to switch to then press Save. All of the hard work switching the brokers is done for you in the background.

There is currently no bulk switch, policies have to be switched one at a time.

This function can only be carried out by an Administrator.
