This displays a list of all matching Claims. Note that at this moment in time, there is no direct way to jump from the Claims list to the Claim as it's a report designed as a report for printing. You can however take note or copy the Claim ID and type or paste it into the Jump to Claim box to go to the claim directly.

Searching for Claims in SchemeServe is easy.

Claims Search - By Insurer

Click on the Claims tab and search.

You're given dropdown lists to allow you to specify the search criteria to find the Claim(s) you're interested in. Enter the details and press the Search button.

This displays a list of all matching Claims. To display the claim record click on the link in the Claim Id Column

Instead of Just searching and retrieving a list, you can export the search results to a CSV file.
