A "Case" is the most fundamental system object within any SchemeServe solution.

If you are looking for a renewal, and adjustment of a new premium, regardless of whether it is a Policy or a Quotation, search for Cases.

Cases come in 3 types:

  1. New Premium
  2. Adjustment
  3. Renewal

In addition, there are various Statuses that any given Case can be in:

  1. Quotation
  2. Pending / Invited
  3. On Cover
  4. Cancelled
  5. Declined
  6. Lapsed
  7. NTU (Not Taken Up)
  8. User Saved
