Permanently Deleting a Renewal/Adjustment/New Premium

If you make a mistake creating a Renewal, an Adjustment or a New premium - all is not lost.

You can easily remove them.

Deleting a Case Record

Delete Record (bottom of screen)

Find the Case with the record you'd like to delete, make sure you have the correct record selected in the history drop down list. Then press the Delete this Record button at the bottom of the screen. You will be prompted to confirm that you really want to delete the record.

All records and documents relating to the deleted adjustment are also deleted. This includes all notes.

This function can only be carried out by an Administrator.

ADM can reinstate Cases that have been deleted in error but this is a chargeable service - if required please let us know and we will raise an invoice for you and arrange to bring back the Case details.
