How to make reports visible to Agents

If you require an Agent to view one of your reports it is quick and simple to enable. Note: be VERY careful with this as potentially the report will show the data for all Agents - you MUST add an extra condition of Agent Is Logged In Agent to prevent this from happening.


How to make reports visible to Agents

  1. Log in to SchemeServe as an Administrator
  2. Click the Agents Tab
  3. Find the Agent
  4. Click on the Agent's Link to view their profile
  5. Click on Edit by People at this Agent
  6. Click on User you wish to Edit
  7. Tick Allow user to see reports
  8. Then Edit the report you wish agent to see and add the condition Broker Is Logged In Agent
