Editing Useful Documents

Introduction

Useful documents is a facility that allows a user to keep any useful file inside SchemeServe. They are unique to the user and not shared with other users of the system.

The idea is that Useful Documents are completely your own. ADM does not moderate any of the files you choose to upload. Nor do we limit how many Useful Documents you can store, the only thing we ask is that you keep file sizes within a reasonable limit.

You may share your Useful Documents with your agents if you select the option to do so when you add a document.

To add Useful Documents you should first login to SchemeServe.

Adding a Useful Document

  1. Click on the Useful Documents Tab
  2. Click on New Document
  3. Click on the Choose File Button
  4. Find the document and double click on it
  5. Check or Uncheck the box "Show to agents"
  6. Select a file and then click on Upload

Note: There may be a slight delay as the file is transferred to the SchemeServe servers - once the file has been uploaded it will be shown in the list of available files.

Note: The file icon will be displayed for standard file types.
