m (Added instructions to set the Password Reset Email Template as this has come up recently. The process is not obvious unless you know where to go to set a different template for the Password Reset Email, so I think this guidance will help in the future.)

It's simple to edit the email templates within SchemeServe.

Introduction

You may wish to create or edit the emails that are generated from within SchemeServe to better fit your schemes.

SchemeServe offers a powerful email editor that allows you to quickly edit or create custom emails.

You will need to be logged into SchemeServe to use this facility.

Editing Schemeserve Email Templates

  1. Log in to SchemeServe
  2. Click the Admin Tab
  3. Click the Email Templates Icon
  4. Find the email template you wish to edit from the drop down list
  5. Use the editor to create or modify the email template
  6. Click the Save Changes Button to Save the template

Creating Custom Email Templates

  1. Log in to SchemeServe
  2. Click the Admin Tab
  3. Click the Email Templates Icon
  4. Choose the "Create a new email template" from the drop down list
  5. Use the editor to create your new email template
  6. Click the Save Changes Button to Save the template

  1. Log in to SchemeServe
  2. Click the Admin Tab
  3. Click the Website Icon
  4. Click the Domain & Email Tab
  5. Scroll down to Password Reset Email Template
  6. Choose your saved template from the dropdown list
