Auditing with SchemeServe

Auditing Events in SchemeServe across a date range is simple. You might want, for example, to check which rules have been amended by an individual to ensure that they've completed all updates as required.

You can audit on all items from the event types list or by: Account, Case, Client, Document Template, Endorsement, Insurer, Policy, Quotation Template, Rule, Rule Action, Rule Condition, Scheme, and User.


  1. Log in to SchemeServe as an Administrator
  2. Click the Admin Tab
  3. Click the Auditing Icon
  4. Click the Link for the “From” Date and select a date on the Calendar
  5. Click the Link for the “To” Date and select a date on the Calendar
  6. Use the Event Types (in this date range) Drop Down Menu to Select which Event Type or All Events you wish to audit
